Cassandra Webb, Sr. Service Delivery Manager
Cassandra Webb started her career with Bluebird Network in 2011 as a Service Delivery Coordinator. Embracing company values and advance within her department, Cassandra was promoted to Manager of the Service Delivery department in 2015 and has since been elevated to Senior Service Delivery Manager. Cassandra’s expertise and managing tactics result in positive customer experiences across all of Bluebird Network’s product portfolio which correlates to the company’s success. Cassandra’s background of more than 20 years within Telecommunications ranges across various aspects of the industry with her current employment at Bluebird Network elevating the Service Delivery Team’s productivity. Through her current role, she was also chosen to be a part of Bluebird’s ESG team (Energy, Sustainability, Governance and Diversity & Inclusion), as well as the Bluebird Strategic team. Cassandra enjoys bowling, learning to play pool, watching a good movie, cooking eclectic meals and spending time with friends in her spare time.
Karen Nicholson, Carrier Relations Manager
Karen Nicholson has been Bluebird Network’s Carrier Relations Manager since September 2019. She has over 30 years in the telecommunications industry, including leadership roles in Sprint’s Finance, Real Estate and Network organizations. Karen has a B.S.B.A in Finance from Creighton and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Iowa. Karen is also on the Heartland Santa Fe Cosmopolitan Board, an organization with the primary goal of ending diabetes and improving the lives of those with diabetes. In her spare time, Karen enjoys traveling, especially when combined with running or other outdoor activities. A fun fact is she was the first woman living in Missouri to finish a marathon in all 50 states and has done marathons in Antarctica, Ushuaia (Argentina), France, and Cambodia.
Donna Cassini, Enterprise Account Manager
Donna Cassini has been the Enterprise Account Manager at Bluebird Network since June 2015. She helps prospects and customers with their primary and DR data center needs with Bluebird’s first class data center options. Cassini works closely with prospects and customers to solve tough telecommunications problems and improve their networking solutions. Cassini is a versatile sales leader with several decades of experience in solving business problems across a wide variety of industries. Cassini enjoys showing, coursing and training her Irish Wolfhound dogs and is actively involved in a number of dog sport clubs.
