JASON W. ADKINS

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jason W. Adkins joined Bluebird Network in March of 2024. He is a twenty nine-year fiber industry veteran, most recently serving as CEO of Unite Private Networks. Adkins also served as a part of the management teams with Windstream, Kentucky Data Link, Inc, (KDL), Level 3 Communications, TelCove, Conterra Networks and KMC Telecom. Adkins earned a B.B.A. in Marketing with a minor in Economics from James Madison and earned an MBA from Radford University.

CARLA COOPER

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Carla Cooper has been Chief Financial Officer of Bluebird Network since October 2019.  Carla plays a key role in the strategic direction of Bluebird along with overseeing all aspects of finance. She is a versatile leader bringing 3 decades of experience with various industries and believes in the concept of “Achieving Results on Purpose”, a process of supporting the vision, values and culture that leads to success.

She previously served Fidelity Communications Co as it’s VP of Finance/CFO and Director of Regulatory Accounting. She provided oversight to finance, revenue planning and was part of a dynamic team that provided strategic direction to Fidelity.

In 1996, Carla founded Cooper and Associates CPA, a public accounting firm rendering various business and individual tax, accounting, financial and estate planning services.

She received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and holds a current CPA License in the State of Missouri. She is a member of the Missouri Society of CPAs and the AICPA. She also serves on the Board of Directors of EMPAQ Group Inc. and Sullivan Educational Foundation. Carla enjoys the outdoors, her dogs, horses and various sports.

TRAVIS NOBLE

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Travis Noble, entered his role as Chief Revenue Officer at Bluebird Network in July of 2024. He boasts 31 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise, K-12 and Government Sales at Unite Private Networks (UPN)/Segra. In this role, he led the company’s enterprise sales activities across the West, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Texas.

Under his nine years of leadership at UPN/Segra, the company realized significant growth across their footprint.

Previously, Travis operated as the Vice President and General Manager of both Level 3 Communications and TW Telecom after his time with MCI Communications.

Travis earned a Bachelor of Arts from Iowa State University.
