The North American Network Operators Group (NANOG), is a professional association for Internet engineering, architecture and operations. NANOG attendees include operators from networks of all sizes, enterprise network operators, peering coordinators, transport and switching equipment vendors, in addition to network researchers The group’s core focus is on continuous improvement of the data transmission technologies, practices, and facilities that make the Internet function. NANOG meetings offer a great opportunity to network with colleagues, freshen-up skills, learn advanced networking techniques, and discover new network applications. NANOG 74 Hackathon will take place September 30, 2018 and the NANOG 74 conference is October 1-3, 2018.
