NetOmniaTM Operations and Service Assurance offer real-time customer circuit visibility and correlation and pinpointed troubleshooting
PLANO, TX- February 04, 2013 – Centina Systems, a leading provider of service assurance and service quality management solutions for communications service providers (CSPs) worldwide, has announced that Columbia, Missouri-based Bluebird Network has deployed the NetOmniaTM Operations Assurance and Service Assurance solutions to manage their entire 6,000 mile network infrastructure for its connectivity offerings. Bluebird provides Metro Ethernet, WAN Ethernet and private-line optical services in the Midwestern US, and operates the combined networks of Bluebird Media Network, Missouri Network Alliance (MNA), and Illinois Network Alliance (INA). As the Ethernet service innovation escalates, and customers demand more in the way of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and high-bandwidth service support, a consolidated view of the network and the ability to holistically monitor the customer experience becomes critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and market share.
Bluebird Network turned to NetOmniaTM to gain a 360-degree view into the customer network, in order to correlate its customers to specific circuits, and drill down into high-bandwidth services to understand which customers and services are being affected by issues in the network.
