The Bluebird Underground Data Center is located in Springfield, Missouri, buried 85 feet underground and housed in a limestone mine. The facility utilizes multiple layers of different security, including biometrics, video, access control, personal identification numbers and multiple security guards stationed above ground and below ground. The Bluebird Network fiber optic infrastructure provides the data center with multiple fiber routes weaving in and out of the underground.
